No I did that aND they still connect to your new cc. I had to cancel my card and until my card is paid off I can't reapply. Thanks to this company adore me. I've been trying to cancel my account for 3 years. First call she said she cancelled it. Nope. Second call couldn't cancel it. I had money in my account. I have to have 0 credits to cancel. Third call, we no longer cancel accounts on the phone only by website... it just never stops. I try by website I still have an account with them after I screen shot my screen indicating it's cancelled. Wow scam artists right here. Next step I have to sew them? I can't open another cc they seem to attach their way to it. This is HELL

I ordered from the Adoreme.com site three set of bra/panty. When I received the merchandise it was too small. The site states true to size and that is what I ordered my bra and panty size that I would usually wear in the garments if I had purchased from a department store. I called and requested a return which was granted and approved. The items were sent back, unworn and in the original packaging and shipping box within a week of receiving them. They received my returned items a week later. I waited another week and called to inquire about my refund to my bank card. At this time the CSR advised me it had yet to be processed and to call back in two weeks. I again called today to speak to a CSR about my $149.85 refund. I was informed that although the company determined the items had not been worn, they deemed them "dirty". How can they be dirty if I could barely try them on and placed them immediately back in the packaging? I was also informed I would receive neither a refund nor a credit. Really? For returning unworn perfectly returned merchandise? A company that has its items returned and refuses to refund $149.85. I don't even want a credit from this company. I will never buy anything from them nor any other company associated with Adoreme.com. Your merchandise is not true size, poorly made, and your customer service policies are fraudulent. I have purchased many items from other online merchants and shopping networks and never encountered policies as yours. I have contacted my bank and the BBB and filed a complaint against Adoreme.com and I will be receiving my $149.85 back to my bank account one way or another!

I did the same steps as you and was sent in the same circle however they never responded to my emails. Not a one (and yes, I checked spam and my filters). On several occasions where I called I either didn't get through their 20+ minute wait time or I was blatantly hung up on. I am finally cancelled but seriously through months of trying.

Oh also, after 37 min hold a little Miss Veronica apologized for my wait (HAHA seriously?) and told me to cancel online and was extremely snappy with her fake little "sweet voice" and told me that "if you want my help I suggest you change your tone" - mind you, I not once cursed nor raised my voice (I am at work so I can't) but did simply demand my account be canceled or I will go to my bank and do charge backs should they ever charge me again. Seriously ladies... run. Run far, far away from this site!

Adoreme.com is a hoax. I have been trying for MONTHS to cancel via email and via phone with no prevail. I should not have to skip when I want away from them entirely. Their customer service doesn't exist and their "lingerie" is that of a "Forever 21" standard. Trust me ladies, go to Victoria Secret and spend the few extra bucks on good quality, good customer service, and pain free experience. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!!! Trust me... you WILL regret it.

Sometimes in your bank account you may have the amount of money that you need to pay your bills and then this scam company comes in take it away.

Here is my experience with AdoreMe - I just cancelled my membership. I don't think it's a scam as such, but it's not worth the headache. Yes, they have a very nice items at reasonable prices, but for me, that's where it ends. I don't want to be bothered to login every month and decline to not have order automatically shipped to me (non-refundable, you would receive an account credit only if you returned it). I have found their sizing to very off compared and items to be of poor quality - but you do get what you pay for. The selection seems like very few different styles but in a wide variety of colours. I wanted to cancel my so-called VIP membership. To do that, I had to email customer service and wait 2 days for a reply. They sent me a link where I answer a 5 question true/false quiz to make sure I fully "understand the benefits of the membership". Then you are again repeatedly asked (about 5 more times) "are you sure you wish to cancel your membership" while they keep reminding you about other monthly pay as you go options. I finally made it through that and got it cancelled. Just a needless headache.

I've been using Adore Me for over a year and have never had an issue either. While I'm not exactly a fan of the VIP's monthly charge program, this was clearly explained to me when I signed up and is easily found on their website. I also make sure to "skip the month" each month by the set date, and have never been charged that monthly fee. It's unfortunate that some people are having negative experiences with this site, but I definitely think it's fair for people to realize that not everyone is having these negative experiences.

Ive been trying to tell them I did not agree to subscribe, and want the visa off their site. And keeps sending me the same E-mail. I did exactly what they said. Like wtf! I bought 2 sets and there very CHEAP material just not worth it at all...I want to delete my account and it doesnt even have a link for that. So over this website...not buying anymore!!! as if its this complicated to take my credit off the site and delete my account. I dont recommend.

Not being BBB accredited may simply mean a company refused to pay membership. The BBB tries to look like this super official organization or even imply it's a part of the government with faux seals. They are just a private club that's no more meaningful than Google reviews. At least on Yelp people leave positive and negative reviews. BBB is only for people with negative feedback, so it's biased.

Apologies if you are not an employee of Adore Me, but you definitely sound like one. (And you can call me whatever you want-- I still believe you are being compensated as their advocate.)

The fact that Adore Me has hidden in the fine print of what thousands of people thought to be a one-time purchase a clause that locks them, unwittingly, into a difficult to stop, automatically renewing payment is an unscrupulous SCAM.

I am by no stretch of the imagination an idiot. I had to have my credit card company forcibly stop payments to Adore Me. This was after I made several calls to the company (only one of which got me to a representative with limited English skills) and sent multiple emails that made it crystal clear that I wanted my money refunded and removal from the service. I received no response to emails and I continued to incur $39.99 monthly charges on my account, despite the fact that I "ended" the VIP subscription that I never wanted in the first place.

If somehow, out of ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS ON THIS PAGE, you alone, Turbulentbeauty, figured out how to stop Adore Me's fraudulent monthly billing, good for you. At'ta girl. You get a treat.

Information about this shady company and their SCAM is all over the Internet. I know you're a really smart cookie, so maybe you should visit these sites and show all of these people how they can get their money back and cut ties with this trashy company.

Everyone who is not the talented Turbulentbeauty should know that Adore Me is not a Better Business Bureau affiliated organization and BBBs across the U.S. have registered thousands of complaints against the company.

Turbulentbeauty, I suggest you peruse these sites for more people to "help" extricate from Adore Me's clutches.
